Teresa Alonso
Passionated for the personal and organizational leadership development. She has got an International Executive MBA by ESCP-EAP, and a degree in Business Administration. Her value of “continuous learning” has been the drive for her own personal development, getting specialized in executive and life coaching, relational, team and systems coaching, leadership development and projects that require a cultural change. She knows very well the Organizational challenges. She was working at Krauthammer during 16 years in the field of consulting, behavioral training and coaching, co-creating change solutions with her clients that help to really live the values/culture of the Organization, translating them into behavioral principles and competences. She has trained and coached the development of Managers at all hierarchical levels (Boards of Directors, middle Management), as well as other roles or needs (i.e. sales, negotiation, stress & time management, train the trainers, train the coach, train the consultant). She has also been trainer at Krauthammer University, on the areas of training and consulting, besides having a Management role as Country Manager for Krauthammer Spain & Latam. As from 1st. of September 2016, she started her own activity and delivers her services founding TLeadGo (www.tleadgo.com). Her main purpose is to create the conditions where leadership development happens within Organizations, an “agile”and shared leadership, where we can benefit from the collective intelligence, with essential values as collaboration and trust. As for coaching credentials, she has the ICF credential of PCC (Professional Certified Coach), CPCC (Certified Professional Co-active coach) and ORSC Certified (Organizational & Relational systemic coaching).
